Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on the Swash® Canada website are processed and delivered.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship orders within Quebec and Ontario, Canada.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Drummondville, Quebec.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD
- Flat rate of $5 CAD on orders under $100 CAD
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
This allows you to follow your shipment until delivery.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. Swash® Canada is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Swash® Canada cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
